darfix.tasks.hdf5_scans_concatenation.guess_output_file(input_file, target_processed_data_dir=True)[source]#

propose an output file path for scan concatenation from an input file

Parameters:

  • input_file (str) – file containing the scans to concatenate

  • target_processed_data_dir (bool) – If true then will try to make the output file as part of ‘PROCESSED_DATA’ folder.
